As you know its over now so I'm like totally lagging on my posts D: I WANT MORE SUNLIGHT HOURS!! Its kinda funny how time seems to past so slow now when you're sleepy ( omg its only 8PM D:!!! ) but pasts really find when you found something to do ( nooo i wanna watch more dramaaaa ) sorta thing.
OKAY YES ELECTION. So as you all know obama won. Karen told me the results were only gonna be released around midnight or something but he pwned in the eastern states so the results were out by 8pm which was roughly after dinner ( at NativeFoods that made me feel like a slow loris O.O more about that later )
So after eating healthy food we wanted something unhealthy..so we opted for Yoghurtland at University of Cali, Irvine ( UCI ) and then Karen recalled that the Irvine Democratic Headquarters is right beside our destination. So when we arrived there, the small room makeshift into a headquarter was packed with people congratulating each other, hugging each other, excitedly glancing at a big screen at the end of the room, chattering excitedly all with a huge smile on their face. Everyone patiently waited for the newly elected president to make his speech~

I'm pretty neutral to the election since well I'm not a citizen =X;; but you know America's decision will effect the world thanks to globalization but it was kinda cool to see the people's reaction. The ppl here, they react 150% compared to us haha. So it was a cool experience after all. The frozen yogurt was good too =9 i really really really like mochi XD;;;
NativeFoods : really really strict vegan place, not even eggs in the dishes. Why i felt like a slow loris? I ordered this dish called Bongo Congo which was brown rice and curry,steamed broccoli and carrots, chunks of sweet potato, some leafy salad stuff, cranberries, sliced bananas and fake meat made out of wheat. After trying to make sense of the random tasting meal ( it was kinda good though....natural flavours good kind ) but at the end of the meal i was left with HUGE HUGE pieces of sweet potatoes and the bananas. Then i remembered when we went to visit Ailin at the Night Safari. And it kinda looks like what she fed the slow loris..and sweet potato also reminded me of capybaras XD; I was told that the waiters there will probably cater to animals better than to humans XD I guess they really like animals XD its all good with me~
