Ive been lazy to post here cos we haven't been doing much XD~ The slow droll before major holidays!!! Whatcha expect =P

This is way overdue btw but it was taking with my camera phone ( ah my beloved 903sh )..then i forgot all about it yay.
We went to try out Ethopian food. Tastes very similar to indian food. The plate tastes very much like thosai although it looks like really soft fluffy napkins instead haha. The condiments are way less spicier except for the jalepeno salad. That was hotter than any of the chilli powder stuff they gave us as a challenge pfft. There was probably some mashed beans of some sort and a few salads..and stuff that i can't really remember. But it was the most interesting fare i ever had so far in California :D! Its a social diner too where the food is presentated on a huge plate so everyone eats from there. Except mine of course since mine was fully vegetarian =P

So in the first picture you see my two housemates, head of the table is Nora and the two ppl not caught on camera on my right is Jolene ( who rides a bike so cool :D ) and Nick Falcon, dude with the coolest name ever. Seriously
2nd picture is my houseowner again then Frank and Nina. And yeah the food. lol.
We went to a " Singaporean Malaysian " restaurant I believe the next week but with the other members of my group ( since someone mentioned they were missing home food ) but it was uh...okay i guess. Else than the tom yum soup which was pretty good. The others were abit ..uh...I think i can cook them ( that's saying something cos i can't cook ) I heard the rendang was not very rendang-ish :D Shall i sell my instant mix for a killing? XD
see la food again lol. Oh we went on a quest for frozen bananas. Thanks to the show Arrested Development ( shot on the setting of Newport Beach ) but we kinda end up on the wrong side of newport so yeah frozen bananas will have to wait =< but its getting colder!! The clock went back an hour so the time diff is +16 now ( i keep sleeping one hour earlier and waking an hour before =-= ) So the sky starts to darken by about 5.30pm and 6pm looks like 8pm. Oh boy and its not even fully winter yet. It'll be great if fasting month is around this time =P Its starting to feel cold too although kinda getting used to it the temperature outside in the middle of the day is colder than the office! a CHANGE! but i think they had AC problems lol
Fer halloween we went to the famous Knottscary farm where they turn an absolutely normal themepark into a horrifying nightmare of morbid mazes and ghouls free roaming the park. I would have never guessed how wimpy I am really :D Things jumping out of behind hidden corners and really morbid decorations. I enjoyed being scared really :P . I thank the guys for leaving me and Karen behind in the scarecrow maze cos that really scared the )(#$*@#)($*@ out of me =D it was gooood! oh and the first maze was scary too cos i didn't know what to expect XD MANZ AILIN NANEH AND EVERYONES I wished you guys were here = Oh yeah halloween, I didn't dress up..we should have aaahh XD well a resolution to do so next year!! if we're still around..i think we are =P I was on/off during the event due to my work pc betraying me soo no pics from me. But if you head off to my friend's blog he has pics posted =)
